Marriage Contracts (Prenuptial Agreements):

 

You may wish to consider executing a Marriage contract either before or after marriage. We can advise you of the potential benefits or consequences of doing so, and provide independent legal advice (ILA) related thereto.

 

Cohabitation Agreements/Common-law:

 

This may be an appropriate option for some parties who wish to cohabit. We can advise you as to the potential benefits or consequences of entering into a Cohabitation Agreement.

Foreign Divorce Permission:

 

We can assist you in drafting the appropriate documentation to allow you to have your foreign divorce recognized in Ontario. This may be necessary if you wish to remarry in Ontario.

 

Iranian Divorce:
